This review is from: EK Success Corner Adorner Small Rounder Corner Punch (Kitchen) I tried a couple of similar scrapbook corner punches. Unfortunately none of them are perfect. With the Paper Shapers punch there is some wiggle room when you try to line up the paper, so it takes some practice to get a consistently clean corner without a little "step" in the paper at the edge of the corner. Fortunately this punch lets you turn it over to see exactly where the paper will be punched. I was using this punch to round the corners of laminated photos, but after a few photos it stopped punching through and now only bends the corner and jams. I think the cutting die may be slightly bent. Maybe I was trying to use the punch for something it wasn't intended, but I don't think 5 mil laminated photos are particularly heavy duty. It still works for plain paper. This punch lets you remove the plastic clip so you can punch the straight side of a piece of paper to make a scalloped edge, but to do this would be so tedious I don't know why anyone would choose this... I would've liked to have had some sort of standard measurement for the size of the rounded corner or the amount that would be punched off instead of the vague "small", "medium", and "large" descriptions of the various Ek Success punches offered. I spent a good deal of time just trying to guess how "small" the rounded corners this punch makes would be and, with no measurement whatsoever, eventually had to just try and guess what size would work for my project and hope for the best. Also, you have to be really careful to get the corner you're punching lined up and inserted correctly or you can easily ruin it. This may also be true of other corner punches, though. Before jumping into purchasing an Atm motor be sure to do your home work. Once you purchase one you still need an Atm business to process the transactions (similar to credit card processing). To find out if an Atm motor you're inspecting purchasing is compliant we recommended calling some Atm processing Companies.

A Reputable business will typically want a processing business transaction to protect you and them legally as required by sponsoring banks and networks. These agreements are typically 3- 5 years but there are some associates that negotiate fewer years and some that offer just a 2 year business transaction with no sign up fee. Some Atm associates also offer Atm equipment at drastically reduced prices to get you to sign a long term processing agreement. This is typically a loss leader so you only look at how cheap the Atm equipment beyond doubt is and don't beyond doubt pay attentiveness to the Atm processing quantum of the deal. With back flat, shoulders back and abdominals tight, tilt the pelvis under, bend from the hips and lower your upper body as far as your flexibility allows toward the floor and then raise back up, squeezing your glutes straight through the entire range of motion. Keep the weights close to your legs throughout the movement. achieve 20 Repetitions particular Leg Lunge: holding light weights at your sides, stand in a split stance, one foot forward, one foot back. Keep your feet about two to three feet apart. Bend knees and lower into lunge position, holding your body erect and abs in. Keep both knees at 90-degree angles. Push straight through the front heel, squeeze butt and slowly lift up to beginning position. Make sure your front knee stays behind the toes! Targets: hams, glutes, quads and hip flexors. achieve 20 lunges per leg

Parallel Squat with Lateral Leg Lift: Stand with your feet facing forward, hip-width apart, holding your abdominals tight, bend knees to the count of four as though sitting in a chair (stop at 90 degrees), holding back straight, abs in. Keep your knees behind toes. Contract your glutes at the lowest and slowly rise up while tightening and contracting lower body muscles all the while and return to an upright position extending the right leg to the side. Bring your leg back in and then repeat on the left side for a total of twenty repetitions per leg. Can be done with hand held weights if you are strong enough. achieve 20 total repetitions per side

Plie Squat: Hold light hand weights or dumbbells at your sides and stand with your feet wider than shoulders, toes at 45-degree angles. holding your knees in line with your toes, slowly lower into a plie squat to the count of four. Back straight, abdominals tight, shoulders back, keep your knees tracking the same direction of your toes. achieve 20 total repetitions Molly, you want to do the entire sequence three times. After each sequence, rest for thirty seconds or as needed and then get back to it. Keep the intensity up the entire time and continue to work on good strong posture, holding your abdominals tight and your breathing strong and direct. Breathe in straight through your nose and exhale out straight through your mouth and never hold your breath. Do this lower body workout along with your five days per week cardio exercises for best results. And you must also eat a low glycemic diet to burn that excess fat off your legs and butt. You will begin to feel your muscles getting tighter right away and then if you are consistent for seven days, on the eight day is when you will really begin to see the shape and definition start to appear.
